Why is the Video not visible?

We support a number of Video formats including QuickTime, Windows Media,
Real and Google Video using Adobe Flash.

 

Use the latest and current Web Browsers (We have tested with the browsers below).

Windows XP: Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 1.5 +

Mac OS X: Safari 1.3.2 (OS X 10.3.x) 2.0 + (OS X 10.4.x), Firefox 1.5.0.4 +

 

Get the latest browsers:

Firefox: http://www.getfirefox.com   (for Windows or Mac)

Safari: Select the Apple Menu then Software UpdateÉ  (Mac OS X only)

Explorer: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads   (Windows XP only)

 

 

Why is the Video Navigation Bar not visible?

The video navigation bar allows you to play, pause, change volume,

fast forward or rewind the video.

Try clearing or resetting you web browser cache.

Why is the Video not being displayed?

Just the big Q for Quicktime is visible.

Be patient. Depending on the speed of your connection some videos on our site

take a while before beginning to play. Sometimes it could take a couple minutes!

 

 

Why is the Map not being displayed?

Our maps use the latest Google technology which requires

AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML).

Use the latest Web Browsers (We have tested AJAX with the browsers below).

 

Windows XP: Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 1.5 +

Mac OS X: Safari 1.3.2 (OS X 10.3.x) 2.0 + (OS X 10.4.x), Firefox 1.5.0.4 +

Mac OS 9: not supported
